I can help coordinate a wide network of specialists such as mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors and insurance agents. When you are looking to buy or sell property, I would love to hear from you and be of service to you and your needs!

I am affiliated with the Local, State, & National REALTOR® Associations. I served as the Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association’s Political Survival Fund Committee Chair for 3 great years!!!

I have received the following awards:

Jessica Meyer, Broker Associate, M - (970) 314-4612

I grew up in the Midwest and relocated to Grand Junction in 2004. When I am not helping my clients find the home of their dreams you will find me and my three children outdoors exploring. The year-round beautiful weather allows us to be out as much as possible from skiing and sledding on the Grand Mesa, hiking on the Colorado National Monument and paddle boarding at Highline Lake. There is no shortage of adventure to be found here in the Grand Valley.

My experience in Property Management throughout the Grand Valley has proven crucial in providing knowledgeable service to Real Estate Investors. That background has also allowed me to help many first-time home Buyers fulfill their dreams of home ownership.

I understand the importance of lifestyle and family changes. I have helped many couples relocate and find their retirement homes in the Grand Valley. I have watched families outgrow their current homes and have had the pleasure of helping them find the perfect home with suitable space for their growing family.

Whether you are looking for your first-time home, a larger home for your growing family, an investment property or anything in between I would love the opportunity to help you negotiate through this exciting journey. I believe communication is key and will go above and beyond to help you Buy, Sell or Invest in Real Estate.

Linda Spinner, Broker Associate, M - (970) 596-4522

With a background in customer service, internet marketing and property management, Linda Spinner brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate world. As a buyer's agent, Linda focuses on finding the right property for her clients and negotiating the best possible prices. Working with sellers, she works to find the best comparables and helps clients show their property in the best light. No matter which side of the table she is on, skills gleaned in the hospitality and non-profit industries provide the skillset for successful closings. Linda has held her real estate license since 2008 and 5 years as a real estate office manager provided her with training and experience.

As one set of clients said: "A thorough professional. Covered all the bases. Asked the right questions, listened to us, worked with us. We couldn't have had a better person to help us buy our home."

Linda and her husband Gene moved to western Colorado after years of managing luxury inns, lodges and islands. A chance vacation brought them to the western slope and they stayed. Now having spent almost 20 years in western Colorado, Linda considers the peaks, valleys and canyons as home. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves the year-round hiking and success to the trails of Colorado and Utah. Nothing gives her greater pleasure than sharing her knowledge with clients who want to make western Colorado home.

Shanna Buniger, Broker Associate, M – (970) 623-6413

I am extremely fortunate to have been born and raised right here in the Grand Valley and my roots were well planted. Most of my youth was spent on a horse at barrel races, rodeos, and helping my Dad and Grandad on their cattle ranches. My husband and I were high school sweethearts and have been married now for 16 years. We couldn’t ask for a better place to have grown up and that is why we chose to raise our 3 kids here too!

I thoroughly enjoy my job and love being a REALTOR®. Working throughout the years in this ever changing business, I have enjoyed the extraordinary diversity it has offered to me in helping my many clients.  I assist Buyers and Sellers in every location across our beautiful valley, young couples buying their first new home, empty nesters selling their family home, and absolutely everything in between!

I have developed great relationships with many of our affiliates (Lenders, Title Companies, Inspectors, Tradesmen, etc.) It is important to me that I listen carefully to my clients wants and needs and work diligently to assist them in providing resources based on their specific circumstances throughout a transaction.

As your REALTOR®, I will do my very best to facilitate a smooth transaction by keeping you informed of what is happening, educate on your options, and be readily available to you to help you through the entire process.

Growing up in Colorado, I have enjoyed every moment of living in this beautiful place. There is so much that the land has to offer such as hiking, biking, and picnics at the lake! I graduated from Fruita Monument High School in 2017. In high school, I participated in volleyball, cross country, and lacrosse. I also have a background in customer service. Currently I am a youth girl’s lacrosse coach here in the Valley. This is such a pleasant place to work, and I really enjoy all the staff that we have here at Doyle & Associates!

Piper Doyle, Administrative Assistant, (970) 257-1622

A Grand Valley native, Piper has grown up enjoying all western Colorado has to offer and as time allows you can find her hiking, skiing, playing volleyball or participating in any number of Colorado outdoor activities! Growing up in the family business, Piper was submerged in the intricacies of real estate and now represents the third generation of Doyle & Associates women in real estate. She has a thorough understanding of the demands and industry requirements to make sure her customers are taken care of to the highest level. She feels honored to have the opportunity to work with such wonderful co-workers and Realtors and truly enjoys her role assisting customers through the buying and selling process as one of the administrative & customer support staff.
