I am a lifelong resident of the Grand Valley and find the diversity of the area has provided a wonderful place to live. As a REALTOR®, I am privileged to share its attributes with my fellow locals, clients coming to the area for the first time, and of course my wonderful husband Rand and children!
Working in the real estate industry since 2005, I realize how fortunate I am to have a career that I love. I have the opportunity to help families through one of the biggest and most exciting decisions they will make in their lifetime…. this means so much to me.

Shanna Buniger, Broker Associate, M – (970) 623-6413
I am extremely fortunate to have been born and raised right here in the Grand Valley and my roots were well planted. Most of my youth was spent on a horse at barrel races, rodeos, and helping my Dad and Grandad on their cattle ranches. My husband and I were high school sweethearts and have been married now for 16 years. We couldn’t ask for a better place to have grown up and that is why we chose to raise our 3 kids here too!
I thoroughly enjoy my job and love being a REALTOR®. Working throughout the years in this ever changing business, I have enjoyed the extraordinary diversity it has offered to me in helping my many clients. I assist Buyers and Sellers in every location across our beautiful valley, young couples buying their first new home, empty nesters selling their family home, and absolutely everything in between!
I have developed great relationships with many of our affiliates (Lenders, Title Companies, Inspectors, Tradesmen, etc.) It is important to me that I listen carefully to my clients wants and needs and work diligently to assist them in providing resources based on their specific circumstances throughout a transaction.
As your REALTOR®, I will do my very best to facilitate a smooth transaction by keeping you informed of what is happening, educate on your options, and be readily available to you to help you through the entire process.

Originally from Iowa, I’ve spent more than 20 years in Utah and Colorado. After traveling all around the mountain west, our family came to the Grand Valley for the endless outdoor opportunities and the incredible lifestyle of Western Colorado.
Before venturing into real estate, I spent 13 years in local and state law enforcement where I specialized in the investigation of complex financial crime. With a master’s degree in Business Administration and advanced financial crime certifications, I sought out and successfully completed many complex cases, often after victims had been told their concerns were not criminal or should be handled in the civil system.
No matter how simple or complex your individual situation may be, I will zealously represent your positions and manage your transaction with professionalism to meet your real estate goals.

Linda and her husband Gene moved to western Colorado after years of managing luxury inns, lodges and islands. A chance vacation brought them to the western slope and they stayed. Now having spent almost 20 years in western Colorado, Linda considers the peaks, valleys and canyons as home. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves the year-round hiking and success to the trails of Colorado and Utah. Nothing gives her greater pleasure than sharing her knowledge with clients who want to make western Colorado home.
